Unlock your potential with our Tumbling Program, designed for athletes of all abilities! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, this program is perfect for everyone aged 4 and up.

What to expect:

  • Open to All Skill Levels: No prior experience? No problem! You don’t need to be a member of any other program to join us.
  • Age Range: This program welcomes athletes aged 4 and older, making it a great choice for young learners and seasoned performers alike.
  • Focus on Progression: Our training emphasizes drills that safely and effectively progress athletes, ensuring a solid foundation for skill development.
  • Comprehensive Skill Development: Participants will work on essential skills such as drills, shapes, body lines, body awareness, flexibility, and technique.
  • Session Structure: The program runs in three sessions throughout the year: Summer: June - August
    Fall: September - December
    Winter: January - April
  • Practice Schedule: Join us on **Monday evenings** for a fun and engaging one-hour session each week.
  • Levels Offered: From introductory skills to Level 5, you’ll have the opportunity to learn everything from basic cartwheels to running fulls!
