Birthday Parties

Host your next birthday party at Action Cheer Athletics for a fun and memorable experience! Choose from three exciting party packages:

Packages & pricing are as of July 1st, 2025. Any bookings made before this date will have previous package details and pricing honoured.

Basic Party Package:

The basic birthday party package includes: 1 hour of supervised open play in our gym with a certified Pink Party Coach, followed by 30 minutes for cake and gift opening! All parties include use of our bouncy castle. Parents provide food, cake, drinks, plates, napkins, cutlery, etc.

This package includes up to 14 participants plus the birthday child.

$215 plus HST.

Level Up Party Package:

The level up birthday party package includes: 1 hour and 15 minutes of supervised open play in our gym with a certified Pink Party Coach, followed by 30 minutes for cake and gift opening in our party room! All parties include use of our bouncy castle. Parents provide food, cake, drinks, plates, napkins, cutlery, etc.

This package includes up to 19 participants plus the birthday child.

$230 plus HST.

Extreme Party Package:

The extreme birthday party package includes: 1 hour and 15 minutes of supervised open play in our gym as a private rental with a certified Pink Party Coach, followed by 30 minutes for cake and gift opening in our party room! All parties include use of our bouncy castle. Basic plates, napkins, cutlery and juice boxes are included. Parents provide food, cake, etc.

This package includes up to 24 participants plus the birthday child.

$250 plus HST.

Additional Information:

  • Bookings include set-up time prior to your party. The BASIC package includes 15 minutes of set-up time. The LEVEL UP and EXTREME packages include 30 minutes of set-up.
  • Our party room has tables, benches, chairs, full-size fridge, and microwave for your use. 
  • Additional participants are allowed for a fee of $5 per individual. 
  • Feel free to bring your own decorations to make the party truly unique! Our Pink Party Crew is prepared to make your birthday extra special - in Action style!

Step 4: Pay your deposit to hold your spot

Step 5: Send out your guest invitations & waiver
